These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Siramico Coatings website (the "Service") operated by Siramico Coatings ("us", "we", or "our").

Colour Variations - Batches

If items are purchased on separate occasions there can be a slight colour variation as some of our products are manufactured on different dates and in different batches. To avoid issues in this area please plan your DIY product throughly and order an adequate amount of paint to complete your entire project.

Product Warrenty

We warrant that our products will conform to the specifications and descriptions provided on our website at the time of purchase and will be supplied in good condition.

Our products are manufactured and supplied for use in accordance with the instructions, technical data sheets, and guidance provided by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is suitable for their intended use, substrate, and application conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unsatisfactory results arising from:

• Incorrect preparation, application, or storage of the product

• Use of the product contrary to our instructions or technical guidance

• Application or use of the product by third parties, contractors, installers, or other persons not under our direct control

• Mixing the product with other materials not recommended by us

• Environmental conditions or substrate conditions outside those specified for the product

Where a product is alleged to be defective, our liability shall be limited, at our discretion, to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and must keep your account password secure.

Payment and Billing

By providing payment information to us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use such payment method. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment method) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

The Products and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Siramico Coatings and its licensors. The Service and products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability
