Return and Refund Policy

At Siramico Coatings, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is free except where a customer has changed his/her mind.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. To initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label, please contact our customer service team at info@siramicocoatings.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for genuine  returns that come back in a saleable condition (as new). Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you. Opened tins or bottles will be subject to an inspection and re-canning fee.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items. Final sale items are clearly marked on our website and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
